Congratulations – Boreham Church has achieved the A ROCHA ECO Church Silver Award for meeting the criteria and proven commitment towards a range of environmental issues.

The award was presented in church by the Archdeacon of Chelmsford, on Sunday 2nd June 2025.

As part of the project, a new water butt has been installed in the churchyard, to provide water for graveyard flowers.

A grant application was successful to install bat some boxes.
